With all relevant information gathered upfront (see Salesforce fields above), this sends an email straight to the Contracts inbox.

Onboarding email goes to the contractor
Requesting their documents, plus the optional Opt Out form.

Contracts are written
A draft contract is sent imminently to both the candidate and client to keep them assured. Once we have received all the documents from the contractor, final versions will be complete and sent.

Once signed, accounts gets the details
Contractor, client, approver and placement information.

Cut-off: 5:00pm. These SLAs apply to documentation received by 5pm, anything after is processed the following working day.
We always endeavour to get contracts issued as soon as possible, especially where there's a short turnaround. The Contracts team are happy to cover any contractual queries and want to find the best solution for you.
